I recently changed carriers (T-mobile to Metro PCS), and some time later that night I was prompted to update my phone. After I updated it i Kept getting the same message ever 5-10 seconds. I've done most methods,( unchecking automatic time zone, Clearing cache on the phone app, and going to the boot menu and clearing the cache). Whenever I take the sim out it doesnt do it, but i cant make any calls. If i have to factory reset I will, but I'd rather try some other known methods first.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy J5
