Why does S7 Edge fail to render pink sky at sunset accurately?

[AC Question]

My office has a window looking west and I get to enjoy some amazing sunsets at this time of year, however my S7 Edge cannot for the life of it accurately render the pink in the sky; it comes out yellow/orange.

Seriously, there was no yellow/orange in what my eyes were seeing.

Any thoughts?

I would shoot in pro mode and try adjust the white balance when your shooting.
