Weird question, but I royally goofed. Was trying to flash a new ROM to my Nexus 7 2012 and ended up deleting everything besides the bootloader.

Too add to this mess, my nexus 7 cannot be accessed through a PC. The port can charge, but no PC can recognize it. I have gone through every option imaginable, but no PC even acknowledges through device manager.

So now I'm stuck looking for a way to upload some sort .img or .zip file to the hard drive of my Nexus 7 when I can't connect to a computer and there's no OS to boot from

Tried some wget command line stuff, but command line stuff was very stripped down.

Is this possible, or is this going to be my new, fancy paper weight?

Look on eBay for a JTAG service for the phone. That can upload the stock ROM to the phone through hardware, it doesn't need any software to already be in the phone. (How do you think the factory does it? They don't manufacture the chip with the operating system already in it.)
