Any way to get Shazam to recognise internal track when headphones connected through USB port?

I can get Shazam to recognise an internal music track on my Samsung s5, when headphones connected through headphone jack, but not when headphones connected through USB port. Is there anyway round this? This is a deciding factor in choicing new phone, as some seem do be abandoning the headphone jack, I quite fancy HTC phone for sound but problem if no headphone jack and therefore can't use shazam
