My LG G2 cell phone does not turn on or charge.

My LG G2 cell phone does not turn on or charge. this is what happened 1 week ago I had an error report that said, unfortunately, the network manager has stopped working. this happened often on about 5 or more times every time I reported it and my screen froze.I took off the back and remove the battery and put it back in that's when my phone would not turn on or charge.

Perhaps a new battery is needed?

Welcome to the forums. I would try to plug it in and leave it for an hour or so. See if the device is responsive.
