why google play service stopped

I can't log into google and etc I tried everything

Having the exact same problem I have fretted so much I have factory reset the phone 5 or 6 times thinking I was helping the situation I,too have tried literally EVERYTHING as well I've not been able to get into my Google account for three days just online tho I've just been told to wait for the update ...which has been the longest 3 days EVER hope to see progress soon .....
