The volume on my new moto z force for incoming notifications (Text and email) is very low.

I purchased a new moto Z force three days ago. Everything looked and sounded good. Got home and began setting the phone up and to my surprise the volume on the incoming notifications was very low. All volumes are up, tried both formats for texting, called the tech at Motorola (The Verizon tech did the talking) and used different notification tones - even Zedge. The motorola tech had no answers. When we tried other phones ... moto z, z force, pixie etc ... all responded the same. Motorola's quality control didn't do their job.

This problem is a known issue. Hopefully Moto will fix the problem with their next update. In the mean time download the app Disable Increasing Ring. That will help with the volume.
