Samsung S4 not exiting recovering mode.

My mobile Samsung Galaxy S4 model GT-19500
I deleted by mistake few pictures.I used DrFone Data Recovery Tool. It failed to recover data, but in the end my set has gone permanently in recovering mode and not exiting. I tried all the steps suggested by the tool, but could not exit the recovering mode. Can somebody suggest some solution?

Welcome to Android Central! So if you pull the battery, reinsert it, and power on normally, it goes straight to Recovery? Is the phone rooted?
