Hi, I am unable to disable the pin on my Huawei P9.

The none option is greyed out. I have cleared credentials (under administration). But it doesnt make a difference. Please help. Cheers

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a work email account associated with the phone? That might come with a security policy that requires some sort of password. Or did you encrypt the phone at some point? Encryption also requires a password.
