they are texting and leaveing in out windows at night and starting to have mood swing and they all way texting strang kids but not all of them are bad

Is the drug-taking of the experimental kind done by some adolescents, which they soon grow out of? Or is it the seriously addictive kind which will blight their whole lives? Either way, it seems to me that you ought to do everything possible to steer them in the right direction, and you may need to call in professional help.
