Hello, My Galaxy Tab A, sees my bluetooth Keyboard and connects fine, it also sees my MS Arc Mouse and shows its connected but the mouse itself is blinking red, blank, green. Shows on the tablet "connected as input device" but when i try to use it no pointer shows up. I've also tried to connect mouse only, no keyboard and help there.
Also when i disconnect it will not repair just says "unable to communicate with Microsoft Arc Mouse".
Anyone have a clue what the issue is? and or what mouse will actually work with the TAB A (not the 10.1") ?
