Access S10 screen via monitor & mouse

[Android Central Question]

Damaged my S10 Galaxy display and is all Black now, except a 1mm strip at the top. I can see that the phone is well as I am able to pull the notification menu when I swipe top down. I am now trying to access the phone using a monitor and mouse connected over a USB/HDMI hub.

I can see the mouse pointer moving thru the top 1mm strip of working display. I do see the phone display on the monitor too via HDMI. But the monitor shows a moving phone lock screen, which should be the case. So all is well till there.

Tried randomly clicking the mouse the activate the unlock button so that I can see the keypad, but no luck. How do I get beyond the lock screen in this situation?
