Repeated messages?

[AC Question]

I have an Android and my girlfriend has an iphone. So when I text her my messages come in 3s on her phone but only show once on my phone......when she text other people who have androids and it does not do this.....so I'm lost on how to stop this cause it annoys her lol. I have a LG G5.

Best guess:
If you have 3 different contacts for the girlfriend the text app might be repeating from multiple contact profiles.
