Just curious who's still using buttons?
Me personally I use swipe gestures

That's in Good lock the Samsung swipe up gestures , I'm using Google'sDidn't they take part of them away? There used to be an option for swipe up from the bottom at the left for recent, swipe up from the bottom in the centre for home, swipe up from the buttom at the right for back (and corresponding to where the soft buttons can also be displayed at the bottom for recent, home, back). However, I don't have the available anymore. Is that what you're referring to? Did they bring it back for a beta?
You have only two options in settings>display>navigationSwipe up from bottom at centre (for home) or swipe in from left or right at bottom (for recent or back), is I think still available native Samsung. How does one get Google Gestures on Samsung?
Yeah swipe up then left or right is Google'sI can set mine to use the three soft buttons at the bottom, or to use gestures at the bottom (with then gestures being limited to swipe up from bottom centre and in from either side at bottom). So that's default Google/Android, not Samsung?
I was just typing basically the same thing...I switched to gestures as soon as they came out. My wife still uses buttons. It's great when we use each other's phones and look stupid trying to swipe or poke buttons.

I tried gestures a few phones ago and couldn't get used to it. I've always been used to the buttons. I did change my button icons from good lock but now I may try messing with gestures again.I was using gestures on phones way back when nova had them while Google and Samsung was not. Then I went to a app called edge gestures.
Now with goodlock I use Samsung's edge gestures. I prefer the side gestures. I have it set up right below the edge panel pull out bar.
