I can't get Yahoo email in my native app since Yahoo started two step verification

Ever since Yahoo began 2-step Verification I cannot configure my native app to receive Yahoo emails. It asks for the email address and password but does not authenticate.

Using a web browser, go to your Yahoo account. In the security settings, you will need to turn on the option for "legacy apps".

Dude--awesome. You forum folks are good people. Definitely got me on the right track. For the new version of Yahoo in Account Security choose "Manage app passwords," pick the app you want to use, and it will give you a password to enter to add the account in the app. Thanks again.
