Why cant't I make phone calls using google voice since the update?

Google Voice was updated a week or so ago and I have not been able to make phone calls using the app since. It says the network is busy and gives me a busy tone whenever I try to use it to make phone calls.

Open system settings > applications > google voice. From there clear the app cache for voice and see if that works. If not, then disconnect your account then go back through the setup process. Let us know if that helps.
