RCA 10" tablet will not work properly when closed all the way.

My son has a RCA 10" tablet, model RCT6203W46 and the screen is white unless you press on the side while using it and/or when it is not closed all the way, so we basically have to use it partially open.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like a hardware defect. Is it still under warranty? If so, contact RCA.
