Was that the phone number of the device? It's not advisable to post phone numbers in public forums such as this.
As for locating the device... Sign in to the Google account that was signed in to the device, using
http://google.com/android/devicemanager you may be able to locate the device. Outside of these suggestions, nobody here can actually locate the device for you.
