Cannot receive emails master sync turned off. How can i turn it on

Samsung S5 not receiving emails. Master sync turned off. How can i turn it back on.

Welcome to Android Central! Swipe down the notification panel -- do you see a Sync toggle in the Quick Settings? If not, edit the Quick Settings and see if you can add that toggle.

Otherwise, the sync toggle is usually either in Settings>Data Usage or ​Settings>Accounts.
