{PLEASE HELP} I dropped my Samsung Galaxy Express 3 in the water not working

[AC Question]

I was using my phone while in the bath (yes I know I'm a wank for that)
I dropped it in and it took me four or five seconds to find it and get a hold of it. I put it in rice right away, and left it in over night. It buzzed randomly at times, but still black screen. The next day I realized I was a wank again and didn't take the battery out before putting my phone in the rice. So I take it out and make sure everything is as dry as I can manage inside before putting my phone back in the rice (leaving my battery out) it buzzed a few times earlier, but no matter what, it won't turn on. Always a black screen. I know I need to wait longer, but any and all knowledge or advice is GREATLY appreciated!! Harsh or not

We have a guide for just this instance. However, it's possible the damage is done by now and the phone is destroyed.
