How can I edit/add calendar events/tasks?

It is possible to have multiple google calendars (created or shared), but I can't see any possibility to add or edit anything. Other calendars are kind of "read only" except primary one, am I right?

Depends if you have editing access to that calendar. When adding an event, simply tap on the calendar name there and switch it to the one you want.
