Time shown in Always on Display is not updated

[AC Question]

With the latest OS update, the Always on Display time is not updated. For example at this moment, 9:09am, the time on the phone says 9:02am. I used to use my phone in its charger as an indicator for when to dial into a meeting. Now I have to turn it off so that I don't dial in late to meetings.
