My screeen is just moving up and down ...

Hi everybody I have a Micromax P580 fun book tablet. It runs on android jellybean. I have been using it for quite a few long. From yesterday my screen is just going up and down like a glitch. I even checked with my antivirus , if there was any virus, but there wasn't . Hope you can help me..

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean it's scrolling up and down, or does the screen look like it's jittery? Does it happen in Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
