Why my samsung galaxy tab pro s slow charging

I just bought a samsung galaxy tab pro s, SM - W708YZKAXSA...about 3months ago,it works perfect until last week it came with extremly slow charging,takes more than 8 hours just to reach 47%..i did the smart battery calibration and also resetting device as the samsung customer service told me...but still the problem exist...can someone help my with this issues?

I'm experiencing the exact same issue, I've made sure I have a fast USB-C cable and charger. I'd installed an app showing charge rate 8000mw and the device still discharges whilst in use. I can only charge it powered off.

Appreciate this is a late response but if I find the fix I'll post it to help others.
