Lost my NQ vault encrypted data

I was using Qmobile Noir I9 for a while & i had installed NQ Vault app for securing my data(Images,Videos etc)..NQ vault secures files by Encrypting them so my files were encrypted and then i bought new Mobile Samsung J7 2016 so i installed vault here but Unfortunately i can't get access of those Hidden data by vault on my previous files bcz of Encryption..So plz guys help me how can i decrypt them or use them? Plz I need an answer ASAP,Thanks In Advance

Welcome to Android Central! Encryption means that the files can only be read using the encryption key created for them. If you're using a different device with a different instance of the app, it probably won't let you read the files. Try contacting the app developer to see if they have any suggestions: vault@NQ.com
