What is wrong with my TT Tv box?

I purchased the box and tried to connect to my xfinitywifi. The login and password page won't pop up. I already went to the Captive portal login app and it wasn't disabled. Please help!!!

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you try to go to any common website, like NYTimes.com. Does that trigger the login page?
