How do you remove personal settings on an android to be able to access an encrypted sd card?

The phone company made me download my pictures and contacts to an sd card. They then wiped the phone clean. To access the data on the sd card, we have to have the same settings the card was encrypted with to decrypt it. Any advice?

Unfortunately, there's a slim chance of accessing the data if the card was encrypted prior to wiping the phone. When you wiped the phone, the key used to unlock the SD card got wiped out also. No combination of "settings" is going to recover that key to allow you to access the card.
