[AC Question]

T-Mobile says that you can shut off the sensor because every time I make a phone call the screen goes blank and I can't access my dialing think it's it as a way to turn off but there but I can't find it on the phone.

Welcome to Android Central! It's normal for the screen to turn blank on a call if the proximity sensor detects something nearby (usually your ear or head). If the screen is going blank even when the phone is not near anything, then make sure you don't have a screen protector or ill-fitting case, which could be interfering with the proper function of the sensor.
