There's a green circle log on the screen of my phone

The circle came when I was trying to download ads remover. The circle is not just there for fun it brings many ads on Google Chrome and downloads shooting games and all that bad staff. I have adclear in my phone is don't know if it's the cause of it

To test that, go to that app in Settings, Apps, All, and select Clear Cache, Clear Data, Force Stop, and Uninstall. Tell us whether that fixes it.
