Enhanced Features popup won't go away, does not have option to decline

AC Question

Hello, I have a Galaxy S6 Edge that just had an update a few days ago. Since the update, an "Enhanced Features" popup will take over the screen every now and then, trying to get me to accept it, which I do not want to do since it collects your profile data and shares it with others. The problem is, there seems to be no way to disable it and there is no option to decline it - you only have the option to start the process or to cancel (which is different than what I have found online; every solution to this problem is for a similar popup that does have an option to decline).

Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of this?

I used Package Disabler Pro to disable the Enhanced Features and stopped the notifications. The PDP works like Titanium and it does not require root. It has also disabled annoying notifications such as software/firmware updates.
