1)There is a "Send Sms" notification, just like a flash notification on the bottom of my screen of Coolpad Note 3 Lite, why does it come and how to stop it?

2)How to run in safe mode?

Welcome to Android Central! Are there any text messages that are shown as unsent in the Messaging app?

Try this method to boot into Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-31128

    I have attached the screenshot!

No, No messages that's needs to sent in the Outbox!

Safe mode can't be opened that way ... the long press doesn't work on power dialogue box!

Oddly, I can't find anything on the web about how to boot that phone into Safe Mode. Try the method for the Galaxy Note 3: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-27712

    Thanks @B.Diddy for effort!

Well it opened in safe mode, the Galaxy note 3 way!

Apart from my browser and the volte app not opening in safe mode!

I found that the "send sms" notification still persists in safe mode too! Don't know what!
    Have Uploded the screenshot!

PS: my friend said it is a voicemail thing! I don't use voicemail and don't know how to configure that!

I saw some other threads about this, with no solution yet: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/K-and-V...y/td-p/3449873

Try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: CoolPAD Note 3 Lite - Recovery Mode - HardReset.info

No, nothing happened with cache partition wipe..!
    Still showing!

Just now I tried the toaster app recommended from Lenovo forum.
The app shows the issue is from the -SIM Tool kit!!

Can you Disable the SIM Toolkit in Settings>Apps? You may have to tap Menu>Show System in that menu.

i am using Lenovo vibe K5 note, faced the similar issue and i fixed the issue by clearing all your messages and force stopping the SimToolkit along with disabling the notifications of SimToolkit.

Hope it helps you the same way
