I cannot add my google accoaccount to my micromax canvas spark q380, it says,

When i tried to add a new google account that error appeared everytime. I had rooted my phone 1 year ago but then also i was able to add google accounts. I had done factory reset to my phone phone but still it happens. How can i fix it? Please help!
