Internal storage is 4.00 GB ,but can't use it.

My phone's internal storage is 4.00 GB ,but when i use application like camera , gallery ,etc. it says Mount internal storage first. i already try almost thing to mount internal storage but problem not solve, i have installed philz recovery...plz help me

Yes, phones with low internal storage may require you to insert a microSD card if you wish to take photos. That is what it is telling you to do.
