    Hi!

I have list of 450 numbers that I want to send one SMS to. These numbers are stored on a PC. Can I import them to one group and send it?

Using a normal SMS app, most likely not.
Yes, you can input all 450 numbers and add them all to a group.

Unfortunately, most carriers place a relatively low number limit on the number of "to" users on a SMS message, like in the 10-25 range. Supposedly as an anti-spam feature.

There are apps that are designed to send bulk-type SMS messages that will work around these carrier limits, but I have not tried any of them.
