Apps not working on mobile data

Hi i recently bought s8 plus, certain apps like Facebook, whats app, instagram, uber, netflix are not working on mobile data.. everything works well with wifi
i have unlimited data.. Pan settings and all reset to default.. pls help

Try going to Mobile network >> access point names >> check GPRS button and try to change the access point names from the drop down list. Switch off your data and then turn it on. You can reboot your phone if there is still any issue.

Hi..i tried doing the same but all in vain...i have reset it to default settings also but no progress..
