A few days ago,I started to get the error,Google play services has stopped message, and from Google apps all other apps and processing, started crashing.
I was advised to do a factory reset, which I did but the error message kept on coming in a space of few seconds,I then updated my Google play services, I had a few minutes of relief,after that the message kept on coming.
Next thing I know the phone restarts itself,after switching it off last night I tried to switch it on but it's been stucked at the itel logo,I removed the battery,switched it on again same result, stuck at the logo.
I don't know what to do.
