Touch key light won't turn off

[AC Question]

My touch key light won't turn off and i had already changed the settings to always off. & even when my phone is turned off, the lights are still on. What can i do?

Ps. I think when we went to a swimming pool and i had taken some pictures, it could possibly had splashed by some water.

My phone is an SM-G7102 model. No, i haven't tried the safe mode thing. I don't actually know what it is. Will that somehow help me with my problem? I'm getting worried because it's draining my battery
