when i import pics and vids I get 2000+ files that are ads, how do i get rid of these?

i wanted to import the pics and vids on my phone to my pc today but when i did it detected over 2000 files even tho i only have +-100 pics on my phone. When i took a closer look i noticed that most of the files are actually ads that you get in apps. Is there a way to get rid of these files and to prevent them from being detected again?
