cannot recognize my email and password

my new samsung galaxy a5 came today, i tried setting up and it works just fine. everything seems ok i can access to any apps i opened. Then i inserted the sim card and i started setting up again but when it came to the point where it asked for my email account it seems like they dont recognize my email, password even my recovery email account, and my name and last name. Its the same account and password i used when i start signing in before realizing i forgot to use the sim card. pls help me
 
Welcome to Android Central! When you inserted the SIM card, did it seem like you were setting the phone back up again, as if it had just been reset? Inserting a SIM shouldn't prompt you to enter your email account. Does it seem like Google is asking you for this, or Samsung?
