Need to find all my data lost

I turned off phone and restarted
Everything was gone pictures contacts all saved data. I even had to download all my apps again. Had to retrain

Anything not backed up to your Google account, or any other account, or any kind of Cloud storage, before this happened, will alas be gone.
Anything backed up beforehand will be restored to the device when you sign in to your accounts on that device.
