what are the blue sunglasses/goggles that have appeared on my s7 screen

ive had a pair of blue goggles/sunglasses appear on my s7 screen 4 days ago & only disappear for 10mins when i restarted the phone. it moves to different spots by itself & cannot be moved manually. yesterday a blue dot also appeared for less than an hour. what is it?

Same here.
You can see them top right of the screen at about 1 o clock (not literally the time) hahahaha.

Seemed to be after using messenger
