Why are these splatters on my screen

I went to replace my aux port which is a common mistake in xperia z5 premium so when the maintenance opened the phone they need to heat up the back so I started seeing blue splatters all over the phone after that they have gone but there are still some points in the screen which looks like you are pushing hard on the screen some green yellow splatters and from amgles I see straps like the screen protector is cracked but I removed my screen protector and nothing happened help please what is this
