Why am I getting annoying popup often when battery life is low?

My phone is all of a sudden now telling me at weird intervals, like 27% or 18%, a list of things to do to save power. I have all power saving things off. It suggests all these things to do and at the end it says to either dismiss or do all. I always dismiss cause I like how my battery life is with the settings I have. How do I disable this? I have a screenshot that I'll find out how to add lol
