Does deleting an app clear all cached data? Another question below ran out of letters to put it here

I just wanna know wiether or not deleting an app deletes it's cached data along with all of its memory like for exemple I have the game called asphalt 8 and it downloaded external files so if I delete the game will it delete those external files along with the cached data? I have an app called es file explorer and it shows that multiple ads, photos and random text files are being downloaded are these temporary files or do they sit there and take up memory.

I'm not certain, but when I do it I select Clear Cache, Clear Data, Force Stop, Uninstall.
