Galaxy S5. While debloating uninstalled Phone 1.0.0. Titanium Backup restore hangs

I downloaded the file from samsung, but when I try to install it I get the message "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped." Also, how do I stop the TB restore operation which is still grinding away an hour later?
