Why when i try and download 3rd party apps it sayd i have no space

When I try and download 3rd party apps it says its unable to download and that I need to free up space but I'm amble to download apps from the app store and have 11gb of storage

Welcome to the forums. Do you mean, by "3rd party apps", those that you're trying to sideload? Apps from the Play store are also 3rd party for the most part. If you're trying to sideload apps, have you turned trusted places off (not a good idea IMO).

Yes I'm trying to sideload apps from different sites other than the play store, and it seems that every time I do try to download apps from anywhere else other than the play store it says that I need to clear up space. I have 11 gigs of storage, I've looked everywhere for an answer and I can't find one.

What kind of phone and OS are you running? I've only sideloaded one app on my S8+, other than a couple from Amazon, and had no problem. Looks like some kind of security process is looking out of you?
