Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 Call audio not working when connected to car

My Samsung galaxy a5 2016 will connect to my car via Bluetooth no problem but only the media audio will work. When I go into settings the call audio is switched off, but it will not allow me to turn it on. Can anyone suggest anything to fix this?

Welcome to the forums. Phones are normally paired with cars as a phone and media device, options chosen during pairing. It sounds like yours may have missed the phone. Remove the pairing from both the car and phone. Re-pair and pay attention to choices during that process, be sure you take both. If still a problem, your car audio system may not support all the functions of the A5. Contact your dealer and see if they have a firmware update for your audio system.
