How do I make Word work on an ASUS ZenPad 7.0

I have downloaded Word onto the above tablet. I just want to edit documents on the train. Nothing earth shattering. When I try to turn it on it tells me that the device doesn't have the right processor to run Microsoft products. What, if anything can I do about this, and is there a way of installing a Word read and / or edit program on it?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you install Word from the Play Store, or from some other source? The Play Store shouldn't let you install an app if it's known to be incompatible.
