A long press should bring up the app that created the icon. I have not seen before, but it could be generated by any installed app. Could it be related to the security shown in your pic?

How do I found the meaning of this symbol
Welcome to the forums. Being on the right side of the status bar that icon probably is a system notification. Which phone do you have? In some models it's quite easy to access the notification log and see which app pushed it.

Never used one, but worth a try. Long press an empty spot on the home screen, select 'widgets', scroll down until you find 'settings', press & hold and drag it to the screen, see if you can select 'notification log' from there.

If it doesn't work maybe you should need a custom launcher to create that widget.

Where do I found custom launcher
Nova is one of the most popular launchers. You can find it in the Play Store. If you decide to install a custom launcher first make sure you know how to switch back to the stock one. The right steps will depend on your specific model and android version.

Is there any other option to find out the symbol
Not sure what else to suggest. There are some apps in the Play Store that claim to access the notification log, but I haven't tried any of them. Another option would be limiting the search disabling features until the icon goes away. For example, switch aeroplane mode on to switch all your radios off. If the icon disappears that will give you a clue on what to try next. If not, try accessibility settings and so on.

I know, it's a tedious work but this way you could find out what this icon means.

Any body help me out please

@Javier P has given a couple ideas, mainly this one:

Have you tried it yet?

Also, please keep in mind that we are all volunteers. I would ask that you be respectful in addressing my Ambassadors and any other member of Android Central, please.

Edit: looking at the symbol, it reminds me of the Google Keep logo. Do you have any reminders set or something?
