Hi, I suspect my phone has been stolen. is there a way to know if the person logged out of my google account?(it still show in the device list and i can click to deconnect it)

because my provider usage history is more recent than my last google activity.

    thank you.

I believe that in order to remove a Google account from a device you actually have to know the password of the account. Also, if a factory reset was improperly done (meaning not done through the settings in the running OS, which means they would have needed to figure out your unlock code) they would then also need your Google account password in order to be able to use the phone.

Unless the device is in Airplane mode (or has data disabled) that can cause Android Device Manager to not locate the phone. I don't think I ever activated my Note on ADM, but I was able to find it last week.

I would contact your carrier. Tell them your phone is lost. That should blacklist the device, stop it from being able to communicate to any network (aside from wifi), and make the phone nearly useless.
